Pager Queue

this is a simple web application what was written to schedule sms messages to my cell phone, using an email to sms gateway

• create.sql -- database schema
• view-input.xsl -- queue view and add stylesheet
• view-input-test.xml -- sample data using that stylesheet
• queue.pl -- web script that shows the queue
• update.pl -- web script that does updated to the queue
• run-queue.pl -- cron script, sends the messages

An obvious update would be to move the database connection into a module
